Day 5 Hershey

After saying goodbye to our friends, we left Lancaster and headed to Hershey.

As we drove into Hershey, you definately smell the scent of chocolate in the air. Chocolate World was great. Since this was the end of our vacation, we opted for the free tour of how they make chocolate, and got a small chocolate bar at the end of the tour.

Then, we took the trolley, which takes you around Hershey town and gives you a brief history of Mr. Hershey. It was neat to see the lightposts decorated as wrapped and unwrapped hershey kisses. We also got a sample of a hershey kiss and reeses peanut butter cup.

The girls also enjoyed a kid friendly event that let's them pretend they are working in the kisses factory.

When the girls get older, we will definately be coming back to the Hershey Amusement Park (11 rollercoasters!), ZooAmerica and the Hershey Gardens!

After a few hours, we ventured to the outlets, where we got some more great deals at Childrens Place and Disney.

Then, about a 1.5 hour drive to Whitehall, PA where we stayed overnight before heading home.

Here are some pics of Hershey!
